If you checked out the movie Rush this year, then you know the story of the legendary rivalry between Niki Lauda and James Hunt.  Seeking to pay tribute to Lauda's accomplishments with Ferrari, one Ferrari enthusiast opted to personalize his new Ferrari 458 Italia in a special one-off Ferrari 458 Italia Niki Lauda Edition.  The model notes Ferrari's trademark red exterior paint scheme paired with a white roof, accented by the Italian flag running longitudinally across it.  Further customizations included gold wheels and an interior that continues the Italian flag coloring throughout various stitching and accents.  All of the styling elements were carried out by Ferrari's Maranello Style Centre, and while it isn't officially a production model, if you've got the cash, it shouldn't be too difficult to customize a similar Ferrari 458 Italia Niki Lauda Edition of your own.

If you've ever wondered what one of the most gorgeous Ferrari's ever created looks like, you're witnessing it.  It's a 1964 Ferrari 250 LM by Carrozzeria Scaglietti, and it's one of the finest examples of a Ferrari's first mid-engined design still in existence.  This particular Ferrari 250 LM began life in California as a daily driver before entering the racing world 1968, when it was purchased by two Ecuadorean drivers and modified for racing in the "Sports" Class endurance category.  The two entered the '64 Ferrari 250 LM into the 24 Hours of Daytona, where it finished 1st in its class and 8th overall.  It later went on to compete in numerous racing events over the next decade before finding a home with a Japanese collector in 1983.  Now it's hitting the auction block, with this particular Ferrari 250 LM to have as few as 10,000 original miles on its fully matching-numbers driveline.  The price:  a staggering $12 - $15 million (est).
