Ducati 99S by Venier Custom Motorcycles

Ducati 999S by Venier Custom Motorcycles

Believe it or not, the bike you see before you is a 2003 Ducati 999s Testastretta – an Italian superbike built for racing.  The difference, however, is that this one has been transformed by Venier Custom Motorcycles into a completely redesigned street bike, renamed the Ducati 999VX.  Despite its restyling, however, the Venier's Ducati 999VX is still a beast.  Specs include Ducati 1000GT wheels, Ohlins front forks and rear shock, Termignoni Corse headers, an STM EVO clutch, Discacciati front brakes and levers, a RapidBike ECU and a Zard muffler.  Output is in the 150 horsepower range, while the styling has been changed to offer an exposed view of the frame, including the new custom Venier rear subframe.  If you want one, lead time is 16 weeks plus shipping, but the memories you'll make on your new 999VX will last a lifetime.

1984 Ducati TT1 Pablo Real

Get your hands on a piece of motorcycle racing history when this Team Leoni 1984 Ducati TT1 formerly ridden by Pablo Real hits the auction block next month ($165,000 - $185,000 est.).  Remaining unchanged from its last race (save for the de-pressurized rear shock), this particular 1984 Ducati TT1 was built by the legendary tuner Reno Leoni – an individual that was instrumental in establishing the early Superbike series and then the emerging Battle of the Twins division.  Its rider, Pablo Real, hailed from Uruguay, and noted a successful racing career that included becoming AMA's 1991 Pro Twins GP1 national champion.  Look for the 1984 Ducati TT1 ex-Pablo Real to hit the Bonham's auction block January 9th in Las Vegas.
